Adding Escalation policy to alerts

When a new alert/incident service is added, you can add a pre-defined escalation rule to it so that any new alert triggered under that service follows the escalation rule for notifications.
To configure a new escalation rule for a service, find the ‘Escalation’ section at the bottom of the service create/edit page:
Here, simply choose from the drop down the escalation policy this alert stream should follow.
